Essential Oils Night cream

What you'll need:

  • Lavendar oil
  • Lemon oil
  • Frankincense oil
  • Vitamin E oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Pint sized mason jars ( I liked the ones with the twist off lid)

Take 4 regular spoon fulls of coconut oil into a medium sized bowl then put 5 drops of each oil into it. Mix for about 15 minuets (I used a hand mixer) The consistency should feel more like a lotion then whipped but that is definitely your preference. I've made some that I prefer to be whipped but it's totally up to you ;)

Once it's the consistency you want set in the fridge for about 5 minuets. Take out and it's ready to use every-night before bed =)

There are so many powerful benefits to combining these 3 oils on your skin! Using essential oils has definitely made an impact on myself and my family and I have seen the health benefits. It's so nice to make remedies that are natural and not harmful to our bodies. While I take it one day at a time (because it can seem overwhelming) I love learning and trying new things ;)

Enjoy!!
